The difference is 2 sizes. If you are a men's US size 10, you'll need a women's US size 12 and vice versa.
We do not carry half sizes. If you are between sizes, we strongly recommend sizing up.

In some circumstances we will not be able to fullfil your order due to the current stock of Pleaser USA. In this case, we will notify you as soon as possible to offer you alternative model or refund your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the goods in an unused condition & in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. You will find a return form with the return address inside your package or you can either download it here.
When we have received your package. We will credit the refund back to your account. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods. The customer's return shipping costs cannot be refunded. The above does not affect your statutory rights.

if you are sending an item back to us, please make sure you obtain your proof of delivery. Once we have received your item, your refund will be processed within 14 working days. Once we have processed your refund, you will receive a confirmation email.
